About the Gîte :
’La Dame Jeanne’ (’The Lady Jeanne’),
originally, was a horse’s relay used to transport paving stones, from the forest to the port of Valvins, where they were embarked for Paris port.
Part of the construction was built around 1650.
Fully restored, the walls of stone and dirt have retained their cachet.
The 2 apartments and the house are grouped around the owners home and still independent of each other.
As the seasons pass by, the landscaped garden, fruit trees and other plantations around the traditional walls will enhance your stay.
You can enter the property with your car on your arrival and departure, and, during your saty, park it on the two free public parking, nearby.
